Returns & Exchanges
Contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and we'll guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and customisation reasons, we can't accept returns of earrings for pierced ears, personalised or engraved jewellery, gift cards, sale items or items showing signs of wear.
Yes. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at our Villa Valentina store at The O2, Greenwich, London, provided they meet our return conditions.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost.
Once your return has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT or import taxes charged by their country. If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, any associated costs may be deducted from your refund.
