Yes. We offer free UK Standard Delivery on orders of £50 or more. Standard Delivery costs £2.95 on orders under £50.

Standard Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days and is fully tracked.

Express Delivery is free on orders over £70 or £3.95 on orders under £70. Orders placed before 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched according to our express delivery schedule.

Yes. Free Click & Collect is available from our Villa Valentina store at Outlet Shopping at The O2, Greenwich, London.

Orders placed before 7:00pm may be ready for same-day collection, in as little as 15 minutes. We’ll email you when your order is ready.

Yes. We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All international orders are securely packaged and fully tracked.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order value. European delivery costs £10 and is free on orders over £125.

Delivery to Europe usually takes 4–7 working days. Delivery to the USA, Canada, Asia and other international destinations usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on the destination. Customs clearance may occasionally cause delays outside our control.
