Warranty & Repairs
1 Year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, including faulty clasps, loose stones caused by manufacturing defects and workmanship faults.
Our warranty doesn't cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by chemicals
- Damage caused by sports or heavy impact
- Improper care or storage
Submit your warranty claim below. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will reply by email and may ask for photographs of the item.
Approved warranty repairs are usually completed within 45 days.
Yes. Whenever possible, we’ll assess your jewellery and let you know if a repair is available. If the item is no longer covered by our warranty, any applicable repair costs will be quoted for your approval before any work begins.
Yes. Your order number or proof of purchase helps us process your warranty claim more quickly.
